Technicians, masters or comparable technical qualifications Multiannual experience in the management of production areas - ideally in CNC cutting Knowledge in controlling CNC machines, preferably also knowledge of ERP/MES systems View of relationships, openness for digitalization and lean processes Leadership, team orientation and implementation
