Production Beans, setup and start-up of Arburg plastics injection machines Optimize and monitor injection moulding processes (parameters, quality, cycle times) Providing a consistently high part quality Analyze and eliminate disruptions to machine, periphery and process Collection of process and quality data according to specifications Tool technology Preparation of tools for production (purification, testing, assembly) Maintenance and maintenance of injection moulding tools Detection and elimination of production problems Participation in tool optimisations and CVP measures Organization and quality Cooperation with quality assurance, work preparation and development Maintaining occupational safety and quality standards Documentation of the work carried out

Higher secondary education or higher; very good primary education Good knowledge of mathematics, physics and technology, with appropriate interest Technical understanding and good spatial planning German and ideally English in word and writing Creativity and team skills
