Client Executive (m/f/d)

As Client Executive (m/w/d), an exclusive, neutral MSP contract taxes a renowned customer You coordinate the use of external personnel and implement the defined customer and recruiting strategy into the operating daily business As a “Single Point of Contact” you are in close contact with the customer’s needs and decision-makers and thus secure the occupation of the open places Build sustainable relationships with stakeholders, departments and suppliers You will check and evaluate the incoming offers with a view to meeting the specific requirements You coordinate the entire contract in the area of employee transfer In addition, you always have the optimization of the process processes and their quality in mind

You have completed university studies or a successfully completed commercial vocational training, e.g. to the personal service businessman (m/w/d) You bring relevant professional experience in recruiting, MSP, RPO or personnel services environment or have a sound knowledge in the handling of employee transfer contracts Alternatively, you have as a cross-release:in good knowledge of the subject of collective agreements in the temporary work BAP/IGZ GVP You work independently, think analytic and solution-oriented and are strong in implementation and prioritization Very good communication and presentation skills as well as a high process orientation and readiness to service complete your profile
