Education: Completed study of (economic) informatics or a comparable qualification Funded SAP expertise: Multiannual experience in SAP PP module support or consulting, incl. deep customizing knowledge Production Knowledge: Embossed Understanding for Manufacturing Control, Material Demand Planning (MRP) and master data architecture Experience with SAP S/4HANA: knowledge in S/4HANA desirable (e.g. MRP Live, Embedded Analytics), experience in accompanying a transformation of advantage Analytical sharpness: Ability to translate complex requirements into technical specifications, basic knowledge in ABAP (read competence/debugging) are a plus Methodology competence: Experience in (agile) project management and requirements engineering Communication strength: Secure moderation between IT and business, speaking the language of production, solution-oriented action Language knowledge: Very good German and good English knowledge in word and writing
