• In our central kitchen we produce an impressive number of meals every day: about 1,000 breakfast units, 2,000 lunches in the innovative Cook & Chill and Cook & Serve process and about 1,000 dinners.
• Their tasks include the independent preparation and preparation of a complete menu for approx. 700 servings, always working according to carefully prepared recipes and weekly dishes. In addition, monitor the activities of our kitchen helpers and ensure that all processes work smoothly.
• Another important aspect of your activity is the commissioning of Cook & Chill components for our external deliveries. In doing so, perform regular temperature measurements and quality controls and always work according to the strict HACCP guidelines.

Who we are

LVR-Klinik Bonn is an innovative specialist clinic for psychiatry and psychotherapy with 839 beds and squares and around 1,700 employees in a total of 8 departments. The Department of Psychiatry and Psychotherapy includes three general psychiatric departments as well as one Department of Dependency Diseases and Gerontopsychiatrie. The child and youth psychiatry is represented by a separate clinic with several locations. The children's eurological centre (KiNZ) treats children and adolescents mainly in outpatient settings and at the development-neurological children's station.

The Landschaftsverband Rheinland (LVR) works as a municipal association with around 22,000 employees for the 9,8 million people in the Rhineland. With its 41 schools, ten clinics, 20 museums and cultural institutions, four youth aid institutions, the Landesjugendamt and the Heilpädagogischer Hilfe association, he performs tasks that are carried out throughout the Rhine.
