As head of IT operations, you are responsible for the stable, secure and standardized IT operation of the Palm Group. You ensure that our IT services are provided reliably, KPI-based and according to ITIL – and at the same time develop our organization consistently. You combine operational excellence with leadership and actively shape the further development of our IT operations in the context of our IT strategy. Leadership of the international team IT Operations & Service Desk in the shared management model including resource management and predictive capacity planning Ensuring stable, powerful and KPI-controlled IT operation (On-Premises & Cloud) while maintaining defined service-level agreements (SLA) Responsibility for incident, problem and change management as well as controlling the 1st and 2nd level support Strategic expansion and continuous development of IT service management according to ITIL standards including further development of the service catalogue Further development of a transparent, KPI-based control system (including scorecards, thresholds) for sustainable performance optimization Responsibility for holistic lifecycle management of hardware and software Close cooperation with IT security (including ISO 27001, Zero Trust principles), Enterprise Architecture Management and Infrastructure & System Engineering Ensuring documented, standardized and auditable operating processes

Successfully completed studies in the IT field (e.g. computer science, business informatics) or comparable qualification Multiannual leadership experience in IT operations/IT operations – combined with clear communication, operational implementation strength and strategic vision Very good knowledge of ITIL and IT service management as well as IT infrastructure (network, server, cloud) Sovereign handling of KPI and performance control Strong process understanding and the ability to develop structures sustainably Solid understanding of IT security principles as well as competence in controlling external service providers and partners Experience in medium-sized, international corporate structures Standing for occasional missions within the Palm Group (DE/CH/FR/IT/NL/GB) Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
