As an employee (m/w/d) in the sales service, you are an important interface between customer, sales, work, workshop and external service providers and at the same time a central contact person. You are for the smooth commercial order processing for new and leased trucks or In the case of used trucks. In addition, you are responsible for managing the rental park as well as the creation of sales-relevant evaluations and documents. You work with internal departments and keep track of the dynamic daily business. Your task You are responsible for carrying out and monitoring orders for new and leased trucks. You are responsible for the verification of the order confirmations regarding delivery dates, prices and specifications of the carrier stackers. Your area of responsibility includes the collection and comparison of transport offers as well as the organization, control, monitoring and timely delivery of new and leased trucks. You accept the complaint in case of deviations of the order confirmations to suppliers and forwarders. You take over the organization and execution of vehicle transfers to customers. You're looking for customer data in our ERP system. You work closely with colleagues in the sales service and support the sales team in organizational and administrative activities. You take over the Mahnwesen in the area of new and leased trucks and monitor open demands in close coordination with the departments. The management of our rental park at our locations in Bochum and Elchingen is also part of your task.

You have completed vocational training in commercial or technical fields. It is advantageous if you have already gained experience in the sales service, in order processing or disposition. In addition to very good knowledge in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), you have experience in handling ERP systems (e.g. SAP, Microsoft Dynamics). You bring a high level of customer and service orientation and actively contribute to your team. It is an organized, structured and independent way of working.
