As a service engineer in the field service, you make sure that our equipment works perfectly with the customer. Your duties include: Mechanical and mechatronic assembly, alignment and commissioning of our systems after checklist including handover to the operator Instruction of customer operating and maintenance personnel Performance of maintenance and inspections according to maintenance plans Analysis of the plant condition and determination of wear parts requirements as the basis for spare parts offers replacement of wear and large components such as pole drums, conveyor belts, bearings, drives or scrapers troubleshooting of mechanical assemblies; Delimitation & Fixing Electrical and Sensory Errors with Support by Specialist Sections Independent deployment planning with regard to tools, hoists, spare parts, access and safety requirements including independent coordination with customers at the site of use Documentation: Service and commissioning protocols, application reports, hour sheets, photos Feedback of recurring fault and wear images to specialist departments You should be ready

Worldwide multi-day operations with a travel activity of about 70 to 90% Work in recycling, processing and mining environments Physically demanding activities in industrial applications Work with breathing protection and hearing protection Work in heights and in confined areas of plants Unrestricted suitability for activities in the environment of strong permanent magnet fields

Complete craft or industrial training, for example as mechatronics, metal builders, industrial mechanic or comparable qualification, technicians/masters would be advantageous Ideally, first professional experience in the ninth field Good knowledge of German and English in word and writing Independent, structured and solution-oriented mode of operation Embossed customer orientation and communication strength Hands-on-Mentality and joy in working in the team Safe handling of MS Office driving licence class B
