Fleet Account Manager / Account Manager Fleet Management (m/f/d)

You are the central contact person for our big customers and their service car users:inside You control the operating fleet processes (e.g. orders, contract changes, transit times and returns) You coordinate cooperation between internal teams and external partners such as leasing companies, car houses and service providers You're making a clear communication and a smooth run in the daily business You prepare customer-relevant data and reporting You bring in your ideas and actively develop processes and customer support

You have a commercial training, ideally in the automotive environment, or a comparable qualification You bring at least 3 years of experience in customer care, in fleet or leasing management You enjoy direct customer contact and feel good for the requirements of business customers You work structured, self-responsible and keep an overview of several topics at the same time You communicate clear, binding and solution-oriented You are safe in handling MS-Office
