As Operations Manager:in Metering and Resources, you are responsible for the strategic and operational control of all products, services and resources of the counter change process. You develop the product controlling and KPI management independently and carry out it. You implement the production plans and contractual contents of our external and internal service providers:inside and service units. To create demand and capacity planning, analyze and forecast the workload. In addition, you are responsible for the economic and timely procurement of all necessary resources. For the procurement and controlling processes, you set up demand-oriented performance directories, service-level appointments and FAQs. To continuously optimize the processes, IT systems and assembly resources, you are responsible for effective demand and interface management. The acquisition of special tasks as well as cooperation in projects complete your task.

You have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a business or technical degree course or a comparable qualification with extensive professional experience. In the areas of metering, process monitoring and service control, you have already gained experience.
