What our guests enjoy often begins behind the scenes. In order for everything to run smoothly in our kitchen and in the restaurant, you can ensure that dishes, cutlery, porcelain as well as all required materials and equipment are available clean and ready for use.

• You work on the dishwasher and take care of your regular cleaning and care.
• Cutlery, cutlery and porcelain are carefully sorted and clear everything in the places for it.
• The cleaning and correct storage of our materials and equipment as well as their delivery to your colleagues are also part of your tasks.
• In the kitchen, kitchen areas, refrigerators and in the material storage you are looking for cleanliness and order.
• You keep our quality and hygiene standards and work consistently according to the applicable HACCP regulations.
