The Facility Management department ensures the efficient management and maintenance of all buildings and the technical infrastructure of the MEIKO Group. These include To-Do's in the areas of building technology, safety, cleaning and the design of a comfortable working environment. Implementation of modernization and new building projects as well as object monitoring and support according to HOAI LPH 6, 8 and 9 Cooperation with external architects, specialist planners and service providers independent takeover of the internal construction management and quality assurance of the work carried out in projects as well as cost and time monitoring active participation and support of tenders and project preparations continuous protection of health and safety at construction sites

completed studies of civil engineering or training as a construction technician with at least 3-year professional experience comprehensive engineering knowledge, ideal for industrial construction sound knowledge of common standards and guidelines Understanding business relationships completed training to the SiGe coordinator desirable CAD knowledge desirable
