As part of the strategy and further development of OTTO UP, you support strategic questions about Customer Loyalty and CRM. You will start presentations and decision templates (including PowerPoint) for internal coordination with stakeholders. You carry out continuous competition and market research with the support of AI tools. You guide insights and recommendations on the further development of customer loyalty and retention measures. Start reporting and analysis from dashboards using Microsoft Excel.
