Head of Field Service and Project Development (a*)

You are responsible for the performance of tasks in the field of external service & project development and perform 48 employees in the internal and external services as well as in discipline. You can reliably control the wide range of tasks in your area – from meter mountings in low to high voltage, large gas meter mountings to system blocking, blocking and quality testing at installers and partner companies in the power and gas distribution network. The annual personnel capacity planning and forecast is your responsibility. In addition, you set priorities for incoming order quantities and agree closely with the other departments in the Messstellebetrieb business unit as well as with the Network Connection department. You develop your own workforce management professionally and processally, driving automation and digitization in cooperation with SAP S/4HANA. Business processes, concepts as well as operating and working instructions are designed, defined and optimized continuously. In addition, you will ensure all the processes, risk assessments, guidelines and documents required for occupational safety and organization and ensure the appropriate qualification of employees. In the field of project development, you actively promote the analysis and identification of customer needs and technical solutions relating to data transmission and smart metering. In addition, you take responsibility for special tasks, for example in the function of the responsible electrical power for the entire measuring station operation business unit.

You have successfully completed a study of electrical engineering or a comparable subject. Multiannual leadership experience in an operating environment will help you. You have already successfully managed projects several times; ideally, you have a certification, e.g. according to IPMA Level D. You convince with pronounced analytical skills, high service orientation and strong communication skills.
