They sometimes take over the assembly of components or individual parts for sub-assemblies of composite materials. You will also make use of specific means and observe the hygiene and safety rules required when working with composites. Following tasks await you:

• Assembly of components or individual parts for composite subassemblies
• Use of specific means and compliance with the hygiene and safety rules necessary for working with composites
• Control after work
• Processing of composites such as cutting and execution of fittings
• Working with composite subassemblies
• Integrating components and systems in a composite structure
• Performing of Mondays in aircraft construction - varied work in large military assemblies
• Structure assembly and mechanical assembly (nitting, drilling, sealing) of metal and CFRP components
• independent work according to work plans, drawings and manufacturing regulations
• Use in military assembly (Tiger, NH90)
• Active cooperation in the continuous improvement process

We wish:

• A completed (commercial) vocational training for the aeronautical mechanic, KFZ mechanic, metal builder, bodybuilder, or in a metalworking profession, or a comparable qualification
• Professional experience in the fields of manufacturing / production, aircraft construction, aerospace, mechanics, electrical engineering and small wet laminator reperatures
• Embossed team skills and a high degree of flexibility, loadability, readiness to use and quality awareness, as well as a careful working
• Willingness to shift and rework
• German and basic knowledge of English
• Tools: MS-Office
