Ensuring basic and treatment care and care documentation Organisation and control of nursing processes in the living area Co-responsibility for the implementation and further development of quality management Introduction and application of nursing standards and the incorporation of new nursing staff Promoting team development and innovative design of care processes

Complete training for nursing staff in nursing or nursing Additional qualification for residential area management Professional experience in stationary care, ideally with leadership responsibility Organisational skill, communication strength and joy to take responsibility Sovereign and estimating appearance towards residents, relatives and colleagues Empathic, team-oriented personality with leadership skills – “Pflege with heart, leadership with vision”
