For our renowned customer – an established architecture office based in Düsseldorf – we are looking for a dedicated personality as a payroll specialist (m/w/d) in full or part time at the next time in direct exchange.

Implementation of monthly wage and salary accounting with DATEV and maintenance of the time management system

Contact person for employees, executives, accounting and external institutions in all accounting matters

Supporting all administrative tasks throughout the entire staff cycle from entry to exit

Creation of HR reports, evaluations and statistics for personnel controlling

Participation in the optimization and further development of HR and accounting processes

Completed commercial training or business studies, ideally with further training in the area of pay and salary accounting or for the personnel specialist or for personalized businesswoman

Multiannual professional experience in pay billing and safe handling of DATEV wage and salary

Knowledge of tax and social security law

Structured, conscientious and independent working combined with team skills and communication strength

High IT affinity and safe handling of digital HR tools and programs

Flexible working time models and the possibility of a weekly home office day
