Beykozplatz 5, 45470 Mülheim/Ruhr You assume the overall responsibility for planning turnkey construction projects in interdisciplinary, internal planning teams You control the integral planning process and make sure that appointments, costs and quality match the contractual building plan You agree closely with our purchase, coordinate capacities and dates and ensure a smooth project run You are responsible for the planning results up to the execution phase and with your decisions you make a significant contribution to project success You benefit from a high degree of freedom of design and take responsibility with direct influence on project success

You have a successfully completed study of architecture or civil engineering You bring multi-year professional experience in object planning, project management or project management of building projects with You have well-founded knowledge in the planning of construction projects, ideally in the area of turnkey construction and/or housing construction You draw your attention through a structured, solution-oriented and independent way of working, engagement, communication strength and team spirit You like to take responsibility and actively promote projects
