Securities programmes: You take over the legal examination of the securities programs and the program-accompanying documentation of DekaBank. In addition, you accompany legal emissions under these programs and advise on your own and foreign bearer bonds, name bonds and debt certificates. Emission Documentation: The testing of emission-accompanying documents, such as product information sheets (PIBs) and basic information sheets according to the PRIIPs Regulation (PRIIPs-KIDs), is part of your task. Capital market products: You advise the departments in the development and implementation of structured capital market products, in particular in the field of repackaging. Digital innovation: Their expertise is in demand for legal questions on new digital capital market products. Investment law: In connection with investment law requirements, you conduct custody audits. Association work: You actively engage in the association work on the products and questions mentioned and represent the interests of DekaBank.

As a lawyer/syndicus attorney (w/m/d) or business lawyer (w/m/d), you ideally have above-average examina or Closures. At least three years of professional experience in the field of capital market law, acquired by a credit institution or in a law firm, form a solid basis for this position. Negotiating English in Word and Writing is essential for activity. A strong economic understanding of capital market products and transactions, as well as experience in transaction management, are a feature. The willingness and ability to work quickly into new topics rounds off your profile. You are strong in communication, are happy to work in the team and bring a great willingness to use. We require a high degree of responsibility, flexibility and resilience. You are characterized by a structured, independent way of working and possess good analytical and conceptual skills.
