The Schwarz IT supports the entire digital infrastructure and all software solutions of the companies of the Schwarz Group. It is therefore responsible for selecting, providing and operating as well as further developing IT infrastructures, IT platforms and business applications. In order to optimally support the departments through IT solutions in their business processes, the Schwarz IT takes up the requirements of the departments in consultations and works together with these professional and efficient IT solutions.

Your tasks

• You control the entire rollout process of electronic labels and ensure smooth implementation.
• You are the central contact for the purchase country countries and departments in all questions concerning ESL projects.
• You are responsible for the first-level game shooting in case of any problems during the rollout.
• You make sure that all project activities are well organised and planned.
• You communicate proactively with all stakeholders to deliver updates and solve challenges.

Your profile

• Organizational talent: You are able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, set priorities and work with great detail accuracy.
• Communication strength: You have strong interpersonal and communicative skills to work effectively with technical and non-technical teams.
• Technical knowledge: You have basic technical knowledge, first-level experience is an advantage.
• Languages: Safe English is essential. Good knowledge of German is a big plus.
