Consultation, monitoring and information of all user groups affected by organisational and project-specific changes Planning and implementation of change management measures in close cooperation with executives, program managers and project managers Promoting knowledge transfer and participation Creating transparency and awareness Design and implementation of workshops Detection of problems and derivation of action recommendations

Closed commercial or technical training, change management training advantageous Multi-year professional experience Expert for creative methods, concepts and agile working methods Knowledge of process and project management Good IT basics know-how Coordination and organizational talent and communication skills JOBV1_EN
