In this role you are far more than just administration: You're the backbone of our HR team. Together with your colleagues, you make sure that payrolls are not only correct on time, but also 100%. You connect operational payroll management with the modernization of our HR processes. Functional Excellence: You are responsible for the preparation and implementation of monthly wage and salary bills including time management and certification. Compliance Keeper:in: You make sure that we comply with all statutory requirements in the right to pay tax and social security at any time and accompany internal and external audits (e.g. LSt, SV, annual accounts). Trusted Advisor: You are the central contact person for employees and executives in all matters relating to pay billing and time management. Process Improvement: You do not only manage the status quo, but actively promote the optimization and digitization of our payroll processes. Project work: You participate in exciting HR projects and work closely with adjacent departments such as Finance. Qualifications Training: A successfully completed commercial training or a study with a focus on human resources/finance. Experience: 3-5 years of experience Found professional experience in pay billing as well as high-quality knowledge in the current right to pay tax and social security. Tech-Stack: Secure handling of modern accounting systems, ideally SAP SuccessFactors (Employee Central) or SAP HCM . Working methods: You work structured, service-oriented and have a high level of quality. Discretion is of course for you.
