Manager Data Strategy and Data Governance (m/f/d)

Advice on the development and implementation of the data strategy: You design group-wide coordinated data strategies, manage measures, roadmaps and KPIs for data-driven transformation and support partner companies in developing corresponding target images, guide planks and standards Consultancy in building and developing data governance: Together with partner companies, you design and establish a data governance framework and advise on the definition and introduction of standards for data quality, data processes, metadata management and compliance Monitoring of data management and process responsibility: You support the design and optimization of data processes along the entire data life cycle and promote harmonisation and standardization across system and enterprise boundaries. Management and implementation of cross-company projects: You are responsible for the design, control and implementation of data and governance projects and coordinate internal and external stakeholders as well as service providers Consulting and Business Enablement: You advise partner companies and departments on data-based decisions, usage models and data products and promote data-driven thinking and competences in the Group and in the partner companies

Successfully completed studies in the field of Business Informatics, Computer Science, Data & Analytics or a comparable qualification You have several years of experience in data management, data strategies or data governance and have sound know-how on data architectures, data quality and modern data platforms You have experience in project management, are able to prepare complex topics in a comprehensible way and have secure stakeholder management at different hierarchical levels You ideally bring knowledge of the energy industry You are characterized by a high communication and moderation capability, a sovereign appearance and persuasiveness as well as the joy of interdisciplinary cooperation You have very good German knowledge (at least C1 level) Not all points 100% fulfilled?
