Senior Consultant (m/w/d)

As a consultant (m/w/d) for our global Workday HCM suite, you take responsibility for central modules such as Security, HCM and Reporting . With your technical understanding and product competence, you ensure that these modules are optimally adapted to our company's HR processes and business requirements. You configure Workday functions independently, develop reports and dashboards and accompany new features from idea to successful implementation. In close cooperation with HR, IT and international stakeholders, you actively shape the further development of our global HR system landscape.

Responsibility for the mentioned Workday modules including administration, configuration and continuous optimization

Requirement management: Translation of professional HR needs into technical workday solutions incl. Documentation and performance of tests

Development, Priority and Care of Product Backlogs

Close cooperation with interdisciplinary teams (HR, IT, Data & Analytics) in implementing, testing and rollout of new features

Building and Development of the Global Reporting Framework in Workday PRISM

2nd level support as well as training and consulting of users and key users

Accompanying international rollouts

Finded knowledge in Workday or comparable HCM systems (e.g. SAP HCM, SuccessFactors), ideally in the modules mentioned

Technical affinity and experience in the system configuration (e.g. Workday Studio, Report Writer, Calculated Fields, Business Processes)

Ready to work in other Workday modules

Embossed understanding of HR processes and data structures as well as analytical thinking

Experience in agile working (Scrum, Kanban) and in dealing with product backlogs and prioritization

Communication strength and sovereign appearance at all hierarchical levels in an international environment

Good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
