Operational Branch Manager (m/f/d)

You take over the operational management of the site and the management team; These include optimisation of logistical processes and implementation of lean/kVP measures. You will ensure a stable and efficient day-to-day business across all operational areas by structuring, prioritizing and continuously opting, among others. You are responsible for the daily analysis and active control of KPIs (productivity, quality, costs). You act as the main contact for the customer on site, including KPI reporting and escalation management, and also as a link between our customers, executives and employees at the site. For the continuous development of employees and for the anchoring of a powerful and value-adding working culture. You take responsibility for budget, cost development and income management and ensure compliance with legal requirements, quality standards, audits and inventory security. You also support the further growth of the site and the development of sustainable structures.

You have a successfully completed business studies with the focus on logistics or a comparable qualification. You have a good technical understanding and knowledge of logistical processes. You have experience in managing volatile business with strong peaks, e.g. in the e-commerce or B2C area, and have practice-proven knowledge in the professional management of utilisation tips. You have gained leadership experience in a comparable position in contract logistics; you also have experience in dealing with work contracts and ANÜ. You work motivated, independent and have knowledge of English in word and writing.
