From 15.07.2025 we are looking for a social worker*in for our alcohol and medicine consultancy office and the therapeutically assisted individual residences. Our team in Spandau is looking forward to reinforcement! The facility is centrally located and well connected to the ÖPNV (U/S – Bhf. Spandau). We offer a variety of games in the design of the projects. You have the opportunity to work independently and flexibly and at the same time benefit from team work The body has a size of 29.1 (75% RAZ) to 33.15 hours of work (80% RAZ) and is subject to a limited period of time as a medical representation. Your duties include: Advising people with substance use disorders and their relatives Care in the context of the therapeutically supervised individual residences Promoting social participation Willingness to seek and follow up work Design of group and leisure activities

You can look forward to this: Salary: A reasonable remuneration is important to us, which is classified according to your individual experience. A full-time job expects you to receive a gross annual salary of 47,750 to 56,000 euros. We also have a voluntary loyalty premium. Recreation: You will get 30 days of annual holiday with us. Cases of 24.12. and 31.12. to a weekday, you have this extra free. We don't have a holiday lock during the first six months.
