Schiekel Immobilien GmbH develops a living site with a regional character with the apple farm in Dohna OT Röhrsdorf. Together with bakeries, cafés, regional traders, gastronomics and service providers, we create an attractive meeting place for the entire region.

In order to advance the further development and the ongoing development of this and other sites, we are now looking for a reliable/n construction worker.

The order is made via I do by you Construction UG, which together with Schiekel Immobilien GmbH is part of JS Holding GmbH. Your location is in Dresden and Umland.

Your tasks

Tasks: You support us in various works around our locations. Your area of responsibility includes simple construction and preparation work as well as support for renovations and renovations. In addition, you take care of the outdoor facilities, soaring for order on the grounds, transfer material transport and perform general craft activities.

The work is versatile and practice-oriented: you help with the further development of our sites, perform smaller repairs, support external craftsmen and perform tasks directly on site.

Your profile

That's what you bring: You are reliable, physically resilient and like to pack. Handicraft skill is important for this position. Ideally, you already have experience in construction, crafts, horticulture, in the master's department or in maintenance – but this is not a compelling requirement.

Particularly important are: An independent way of working, a sense of responsibility and a pronounced sense of order and the willingness to take on diverse and different tasks.
