Analysis of existing processes and business solutions (for technical and non-technical IT solutions) Definition of business requirements and solution development in the form of epics, features and user stories Compensation of consistency with existing and planned functions and skills of target architecture including Fit-Gap analyses Requirement for existing systems for the specialty portfolio in operation Cooperation with Product Manager: Inside and Product Owns in the agile environment, as well as expert contact for Business Solutions Requirements and Stakeholder Management Communication and cooperation with internal customers: both in the international environment Accompanying the dissolution and introduction of IT solutions, documentation of the results of the work and cooperation with other work packages and monitoring the implementation of the solutions

Successfully completed studies, e.g. in economic sciences, (activity) mathematics, (activity) infor­mation, or comparable training with corresponding professional experience Professional experience focusing on business analysis, ideally in the insurance/financial or, for example, in the consulting industry Objective and outcome orientation, high understanding and joy in solving complex tasks Representative team and cooperation skills, communication strength, capacity to convince and commitment Experienced customers:internal orientation and successful stakeholders:internal management (also in international contexts) English and German (C1) fluent in word and writing No one is perfect and not all career paths are straight.
