Be part of our team in one of the most beautiful industries in the world and be responsible for: Care and advice of personnel departments abroad in all personal questions Regular production of HR reports and analyses Coordination of international personnel topics and communication of corporate decisions in the personnel sector at international level Contact person for management and various departments of the Group headquarters in international personnel topics Central support of the personnel management system for international companies and implementation of new programming in cooperation with the IT department Implementation of quality management for data management and reporting by foreign personnel departments Support for HR projects and initiatives

You have a completed commercial training, ideally with a further training in staffing You already have several years of professional experience in personnel management, preferably in an international environment You bring very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing, other foreign languages are of advantage You have very good MS Office skills and ideally experience with the software Navision You have a high service orientation and communication strength Your work is characterised by self-employment, reliability and care Nobody is perfect!
