Creation and follow-up of service contracts for automatic input systems Management of our maintenance contracts and order processing in the ERP system Processing of framework contracts Competent advice and support of our customers Development of internal processes and digitization projects Active cooperation in the development of the Aftersales area in close cooperation with the sales and service management

Completed commercial vocational training (First) experience in general contracting Communication and strong service orientation Routinized handling of MS Office, SAP knowledge of advantage Teamability and independent and structured working methods
