Caretaker (m/f/d)

You control the plant daily (approximately 15–17 km per day) according to checklist. You take over minor repairs, e.g. exchanging the lighting means, regulating the overloaded power lines, changing the sanitary objects, eliminating the blocked sanitary installations, etc. For more extensive repairs, you will accompany contracted foreign companies and monitor the quality. You can document your daily work in writing in the form of a master journal. You control consumables and take care of reordering. You regularly participate in meetings (min. 1 x per week) and represent the GMSH.

Compulsory requirements

You have competencies in the operation and maintenance of technical equipment in the field of electrical engineering and/or plumbing technology and, preferably, in other fields of trade You are organized, have the ability to solve problems, and are happy to cooperate in the team You have knowledge in or interest in handling MS Office products (Outlook, Word and Excel) Driving licences in class B and the provision of services
