Reliable contact: Our insurance team is responsible for all concerns of our stockpile in case of insurance/and damage-related processes and ensures their rapid testing, documentation and handling Analytical and Targeted: After detailed training-on-the-job measures, you are able to evaluate, regulate and regress the basis of the claim for damages and the amount of damage, taking into account contract agreements, internal requirements and statutory regulations. The detail in view: Between the various specialist departments of our company, you act as an important link, showing potential for improvement to minimize damage and giving advice to our customers regarding their packaging design Advice and support within the site will advise your colleagues on insurance-relevant issues and take over the necessary preparation and implementation of training Quality Assurance: By creating statistics using different tools, you make the overall performance visible and support the continuous optimization of our service. The production of regular reports completes your quality analysis.Developing and processing of all transport damages in the branch

A successfully completed commercial vocational training and first experience in the insurance sector or the forwarding sector, as well as cross-comers from other commercial sectors, are welcome. Your ability to permeate complex situations independently, to prepare them in a comprehensible manner and to translate them into practical solutions. You are ideally familiar with legal basis for liability issues (ADSp, HGB, BGB, CMR). In addition to a structured and solution-oriented mode of operation, very good communication skills in German are necessary and optimally desirable in English.
