To achieve our mission, we are currently looking for an experienced architect or civil engineer (w/m/d) as a team leader. As part of our team of experts for exciting and challenging building projects of the DHL Group, you will be responsible for the disciplinary leadership for the 10-person outdoor service of our North region at the Hamburg site. In addition to Schleswig-Holstein and Lower Saxony and the Hot-Spots Hamburg, Bremen and Hanover, the region extends to Nordhessen and in parts to NRW. We are looking for you at the next possible time, in fixed order and indefinitely: Your tasks: As a direct supervisor, the team will guide you in terms of deployment planning, projects, goals and employee talks As a motor and motivator, you ensure that the construction department and your employees are constantly evolving both organizational and process engineering Together with your team, you are responsible for managing all regional construction projects for Deutsche Post and DHL (e.g. letter and parcel centres, Last Mile locations) incl. Accountability in your region You manage the annual budget, monitor the quality and timeliness of the construction tasks of your external service team and take over independent demanding construction projects You are the central contact person for intra-group customers and business partners You work very closely with other departments, in particular with the Commercial, Property Management and Facility Management departments in the North Region, in order to ensure a smooth project running together with your team.

Your profile:

Qualification: A successfully completed civil engineering or architecture study or a comparable technical training Experience level: Multiannual professional experience in project management and in the disciplinary leadership of teams Personality: Good organizational ability as well as independent, structured work help you with the role as senior team manager (w/m/d). In negotiations and conflict situations you have the necessary feeling and communicative skills Language: German knowledge about C1 level is essential Mobility: Prerequisite for use in our North region is a high level of readiness and driving licence class B
