Flex Dispatcher Vehicle Scheduling / Automotive Trade (m/f/d)

You control the entire vehicle flow – from the order from the manufacturer to the finished delivery to our customers. You take stock management and make sure that dates, reports and invoices are always up-to-date and clean. As a central interface, you actively coordinate the communication between our sales team, logistics and the manufacturer. You're thinking of ordering in the vehicle records so that all the processes are interlocking smoothly. You start routining on illness or holidays at other locations and support the team with your expertise.

Closed commercial training (e.g. automobile businessman, office management) or comparable relevant professional experience in the automotive sector. You are communicative, independent and like to work in the team. You work independently, structured and keep the view even at a high pace. You can SAP and have good Microsoft Office skills. German at least. C1 Driving licence Class B (if a company car)
