IT-System-Engineer (gn) - Sailpoint IIQ

LHM Services GmbH is a subsidiary of the state capital of Munich and is responsible for the IT infrastructure of over 1,000 educational, care and sports facilities. It provides modern information and communication technology, maintains and develops it further and offers comprehensive IT service including consulting, support and training. The aim is to support pedagogical work through modern IT solutions and to enable future-oriented education for around 200,000 students in Munich. You take over the lifecycle management of the SailPoint IIQ infrastructure – including the implementation of technical security measures and continuous system maintenance You implement new functions in the SailPoint environment as well as the further development of existing extensions Automation is standard for you: You're going to go through our GitLab pipelines and have an eye on new tools and technologies that could bring real added value You develop and optimize SQL queries, views and stored procedures – performance-oriented, comprehensible and documented clean You analyze data structures and processes with technical sensitivity – model what is needed, and implement what really helps Complex requirements from the disciplines are converted into sophisticated IAM solution designs that seamlessly fit into the overall picture You think strategically: develop IT concepts and standards that match the overall strategy – and not just land in the drawer

Completed studies or completed vocational training with further training in the IT sector or a comparable qualification, at least 5 years of professional experience would be desirable Funded knowledge of SailPoint IIQ and IAM Lifecycle Management – you know how to manage identities safely and efficiently Very good knowledge of Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID (former AzureAD) A solid technical understanding: current client, server and network technologies are familiar to you Experience in agile IT project management as well as safe handling of topics such as data protection and IT security Programming skills in Java, Beanshell, REST and PowerShell – you can read more than just concepts Excellent communication strength, team skills and excellent knowledge of German and English Bonus points if you have already worked with ITIL – but is not a must
