IT System Engineer / User Support Specialist (d/m/w)*

To strengthen our 20-member IT System Administration team, we are looking for a dedicated IT system administrator / User Support Specialist (d/m/w), who supports us in providing excellent IT support and the continuous development of our IT landscape. After extensive integration by experienced colleagues, you take a central role in the support and development of IT systems and infrastructure at our five company locations. Your tasks include: 1st and 2nd level User support: You ensure a timely, competent and efficient processing of all requests from our employees Comprehensive IT assignment: You support all employees and offer professional support in IT problems Service quality and SLA compliance: Ensure a uniform user experience by maintaining predefined SLAs and continuously monitoring service quality User support and development: You promote the independence of our employees by developing their skills with systems and standard software IT equipment and resources: You make sure that our employees have the right IT equipment and are available as contact persons for all IT resources Hybrid M365 / EntraID: You work with Microsoft 365 and EntraID (Azure AD) and ensure smooth integration and management in our hybrid IT environment

You already have experience in the field of IT system administration and user support, and you are characterized by a solution-oriented and structured way of working. In addition, you will testify with the following qualifications: A solid basis: You bring a completed technical training or a comparable qualification. Cross-comers with relevant technical knowledge (e.g. through multi-year professional experience in IT) are also welcome. (First) Professional experience: You have relevant experience (1-2 years) in the administration of complex IT environments in the Unix / Linux environment as well as knowledge in network, firewall and VPN setups. Technical know-how: You bring advanced knowledge in the operation of Linux or Unix operating systems or the willingness to build them to the extent necessary. Knowledge in network configuration and network debugging are advantageous. Ideally, you also have basic experience in the administration of Windows and hybrid M365 landscapes. User Support Experience: You have experience in dealing with employees who have different technical requirements and know how to solve problems quickly and efficiently. A high level of problem-solving competence, reliability and efficient time management are what distinguishes you. Hybrid M365 / EntraID Experience: You have knowledge of managing Microsoft 365 and EntraID (Azure AD) in a hybrid IT landscape. Communication strength and service orientation: You are a communal team player and understand how to easily and understand complex technical issues. High service and customer orientation round off your profile. Language skills: You have knowledge of German in word and writing (at least about C1), good English skills are advantageous.
