You act as a competent and reliable contact for our national and international customers as well as DACHSER locations by ensuring the proactive information acquisition and dissemination.

They independently and responsibly process incoming requests, complaints and differences by telephone and written correspondence.

Customer support and consulting as well as the processing of internal and external complaints by means of our reporting system are your responsibility.

In your function, you form the interface between the MRP and the envelope camp as well as our DACHSER branches and partners and are always too problem-solving-oriented.

You have a completed training as a merchant (m/w/d) for forwarding and logistics services or a comparable commercial training as well as at best relevant professional experience in the logistics industry. Ideally, you have first practice experiences within the bulk material suspension. Solid knowledge of the MS Office packages and the English language complete your profile. They have a strong customer and service awareness and good communication skills. Team skills, flexibility, commitment and self-initiative are the same as the joy of acting in a dynamic environment.
