Description Responsibility for the technical control of the entire program portfolio Planning and maintenance of program plans, budgets, roadmaps, business cases and KPIs Monitoring costs, dates, risks, opportunities and technical requirements Ensuring compliance with all relevant processes, standards and requirements (Program Lifecycle Management, Lean/Win Strategy) Preparation and implementation of program reviews, gate reviews and regular voting with location and division level Professional leadership and coordination of interdisciplinary program teams in the matrix organization Senior Consultant (m/w/d) für Kunden auf Programmebene, including escalations and technical coordination Transparent communication and reporting to internal and external stakeholders Identification of possibilities for improvement and further development of project management methods and tools Support for transformation and optimization initiatives at the site Escalation of technical, economic or terminological deviations to the relevant management levels

Successfully completed technical studies Multiannual experience in technical program/project management, ideally in the aviation environment Funded knowledge in program finances, technical changes and customer communication PMP certification is desirable Ability to professional guidance in a matrix organization Embossed communication strength, analytical thinking, customer orientation flowing English skills and very good German knowledge
