Payroll Specialist (m/f/d)

We offer you a versatile work in the preparatory pay billing at our Munich location. The position is to be occupied in parttime with 20 to 25 hours per week. Whether you are competently advised with us executives and colleagues on questions relevant to pay, or you can help shape new standards in the area of Payroll – you can contribute your strengths and actively contribute to the further development of our HR area. Your tasks: Maintenance and management of accounting data in DATEV LODAS as well as digital personal data after incorporation Processing of entry and exits (main data management, personal files, etc.) as well as care of fee changes and personal data Processing of certification and reporting (e.g. A1 certificates/delivery) and communication with offices and authorities Designing and developing payroll processes and standards Support for HR projects and competent advice on topics relevant to fees

For this exciting position, you will ideally bring the following profile: A completed commercial training, complemented by expertise in labour, tax and social security law First professional experience in pay billing, ideally in a law firm or tax law firm Safe handling of billing programs, preferably DATEV LODAS High reliability and accuracy in handling sensitive data as well as discretion and trustworthiness in confidential information Service orientation and communication strength are also distinguishing?
