VIVAWEST is one of the leading housing providers in NRW and manages around 120,000 apartments in approx. 100 municipalities on the Rhine and Ruhr. For the Purchasing Department of Operational Purchasing, we are looking for an employee of Operational Purchasing (m/w/d).

Implementation of tenders: selection of suppliers, monitoring, comparison of offers, negotiation and conclusion of contracts to ensure the supply of all required construction services at the most economical conditions at the time of the decision Own-sponsored commercial examination of performance directories for the preparation and preparation of tenders and for the preparation of commercial negotiations Self-governing commercial negotiations with possible suppliers Ensuring and documentation of a transparent procurement process Maintenance and monitoring of ongoing framework agreements Participation in the identification of framework contract requirements and support of the respective framework contracts as a category manager including collection, evaluation and consideration of crucial market and price-relevant factors.
