Technically, you are responsible for all topics relating to overseas processing. They ensure smooth operations in day-to-day operations and strengthen the reputation of your team as an internal Competence Center overseas processing. In the operational day-to-day business, you process import and export shipments from Rosenberg as well as selected branches and book containers for overseas forwarding according to JRS selection. In addition, you buy freight rates for less heavily frequented lanes on the spot market and conduct bi-annual freight alerts. They examine invoices and agree internally with all involved specialist departments (production planning and work preparation, purchasing, sales, financial accounting and IT, branches and overseas offices). In your role, you are responsible for the strategic development of performance, service and communication. At the same time, you will introduce your own ideas and process-improving measures. Last but not least, you can use key figures to control and optimize service and cost efficiency.

Completed commercial training in the field of logistics, transport and disposition, for example to/from the merchant/wife for forwarding and logistics services Multiannual professional experience in transport logistics Experience in handling key figures for performance optimization and a good understanding of service quality Secure knowledge in MS Office and ERP systems, ideally also in the ATLAS customs program A communicative and dedicated team player personality with high customer and service orientation, decision-making and enforcement Very good English and German in word and writing
