You process and book various credit card and travel expenses

Support for smaller projects is also part of your activities

You are responsible for the proper archiving of booking documents and act as an interface to other departments

In the ERP system, you perform process processing and are responsible for the accounting of internal performance calculations

Your area of responsibility includes dunning, processing and clarification of open items

You are responsible for the control and booking of cash deposits

You support the preparation and implementation of monthly and annual accounts

You have completed commercial training or a comparable qualification

You have established professional practice in accounting

You have good knowledge in national and ideally also in international accounting

An independent, precise and careful working style distinguishes you

You are safe in handling common software programs and ideally have experience with an ERP system (e.g. SAP)

You bring a good understanding of numbers, analytical thinking and team skills

Very good communication skills, also in English, complete your profile
