Control and coordination of accounting processes across all German companies Ensuring high-quality monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements Responsibility for the consolidation and processing of financial data for the headquarters Monitoring of budgets and cash flows of portfolio companies incl. Deviation analyses Control of external tax consultants, auditors and accounting service providers Ensuring compliance with tax and regulatory requirements (including HGB) Identification of optimization potentials in processes, controls and reporting structures Support for the integration of new companies and further development of the financial organisation

Complete degree in Finance, Accounting, BWL or comparable Multiannual relevant professional experience in controlling, accounting or audit, ideally in the international environment knowledge of German accounting; Advantageous IFRS identifiers Experience in working with several companies or complex corporate structures Safe occurrence in dealing with external stakeholders and international teams Very good analytical skills as well as pronounced numerical understanding Structured, independent and solution-oriented operation German and English skills
