Global Process Owner Consolidate to Report (m/f/d)

Global responsibility for the end-to-end process Consolidate-to-Report including consolidation, consolidated financial statements, management reporting and planning components Definition, development and harmonisation of global process standards, guidelines, roles and responsibilities Processed ensuring efficient, transparent and timely creation of consolidated financial statements and reporting information Control and optimization of the interfaces to adjacent processes, in particular record-to-report, regulation-to-compliance and reporting-to-perform and plan-to-execute. Identification and implementation of process improvements with focus on standardization, automation, data quality and system integration Technical responsibility for designing and controlling an ERP-independent consolidation architecture based on relevant integration technologies Substantial experience in the design and rollout of ERP-wide consolidation solutions.

Successfully completed studies of Business Administration, Economics, Business Informatics or a comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience in the interface between specialist and IT in corporate accounting, group accounting, consolidation, finance transformation or a comparable function Very good understanding of the end-to-end process Consolidate-to-Report and related finance processes Funded knowledge of consolidated financial statements, consolidation logics, intercompany voting, management reporting and final processes Experience in standardization, harmonisation and optimization of global financial processes as well as in international transformation, ERP or finance digitization projects Embossed system and data affinity, ideally with experience in SAP S/4HANA, SAP Central Finance, SAP Group Reporting, SAP Analytics Cloud, OneStream or comparable solutions Extensive analytical and conceptual skills and a high understanding of data quality, governance and internal controls Very good communication and stakeholder management skills, structured, self-responsive and solution-oriented working methods and the ability to align global standards with local requirements German and English skills
