Junior Controller (m/f/d)

You start your career in controlling and actively support the controlling department of KLEUSBERG. From the start, you work with us in a practical way and take responsibility for analyses, reporting and planning processes. You will be accompanied by experienced controllers and systematically addressed to more complex questions.

Your tasks in detail: You create and analyze monthly, quarterly and annual reports for management You perform target-actual comparisons and deviation analyses and prepare results structured on You actively support budget, forecast and corporate planning You work in investment controlling and create cost-effectiveness calculations as well as business cases You develop key figures, reporting and controlling structures You create management evaluations as well as ad hoc analyses You work closely with specialist departments, department controlling and participation companies

You have a completed degree in Business Administration, Controlling, Economic Engineering, Economics, Business Mathematics, Business Informatics or a comparable degree course with Controlling Focus You have first practical experience in controlling or finance, for example through a student work, an internship or a final work You bring basic knowledge in cost accounting, controlling instruments and business analysis with You work safely with Microsoft Excel and are interested in ERP systems, reporting and BI tools You have a pronounced number affinity and an analytical thinking ability You work structured, carefully and like to take responsibility You convince by deadline and liability You communicate clearly, work team-oriented and show a high level of learning and development
