Assistance to the housekeeper (m/f/d)

Representation of the houseman in absence: ensuring the smooth running of the daily tasks and management of the team in the absence of the houseman. Classification of maids according to room plans: assignment of rooms and tasks to the cleaning team according to the specified room plans. Control of cleaning of all areas: monitoring and ensuring that all rooms and public areas meet the hygiene standards and expectations of the house. Creation of schedules: creation and organisation of plans for cleaning staff in the absence of the housekeeper, taking into account working hours and holiday planning. Training and development of staff: training and regular feedback talks to ensure the quality of work and to continuously train staff. Ordering work equipment: monitoring the need for cleaning products and materials as well as the timely ordering of work equipment to ensure a smooth operation of the cleaning processes.

Leadership & Responsibility: You already have leadership experience – ideally in the hotel industry, in the bathrooms or in the leisure area. You guide your team with clarity, appreciation and reliability, make decisions safe and keep an overview even in challenging situations. Together with the hotel management, you continuously develop your area and implement new ideas and concepts successfully. Entrepreneurial thinking: You act economically and understand the relationships between personnel planning, quality and efficiency. Resources use responsibly and plan forward-looking. Organizational talent: You work structured and keep track of administrative tasks, documentation and regulatory requirements. Hands-on-Mentality: You are happy to pack and present where you are needed. As a manager, you are responsive to your team and also assist in operating daily business. The work on weekends and holidays is of course part of the hotel industry. Language skills: You have very good knowledge of German for communication with guests, employees and authorities. Other foreign languages are advantageous.
