Your focus is on building and developing long-term customer relationships and proactive management of all customer-related topics. In close cooperation with our operational field management and internal specialist departments, you make a significant contribution to customer satisfaction and sustainable business development. Holistic support and strategic development of existing customers in the service Central contact person for plant operators and technical and commercial operations Proactive management of all customer-relevant topics along ongoing plant operation Control and coordination of internal interfaces to ensure optimal customer solution Identification of potentials for the further development of customer relationships (e.g. services, earnings optimizations, contractual adjustments and extensions) Support for sales activities in the inventory business Responsibility for a structured, contractual reporting and the complete documentation of all relevant customer interactions

Completed commercial training or a comparable qualification First or multi-year experience in account management, customer management or B2B customer support Interest in technical topics, ideally in the field of renewable energies or wind energy High customer orientation and pleasure in actively shaping and developing relationships Structured, independent and solution-oriented operation Secure handling of common IT systems (e.g. SAP, MS Office) Very good knowledge of German and good English in word and writing
