Leadership and organisation of the team in your layer Introduction and support of new employees Promotion and further development of employees in the team Working to improve workflows and processes Ensuring smooth loading and unloading of trucks and compliance with cargo and hazardous goods regulations Monitoring of important shift indicators and active cooperation in loading and unloading

Complete training in logistics (e.g. as a specialist (m/w/d) for warehouse logistics) or in-depth experience in warehouse logistics Found experience in the leadership of employees As a shift leader (m/w/d), you are ready to control both your team and work in day-to-day business Safe handling of industrial trucks and valid industrial trucks Good user knowledge in the current MS‐Office programs, especially Excel Self-employed, structured working, enforcement and strong team skills
