Information Security & ISMS Specialist (m/f/d)

CONDOK's range of services includes system development and services as part of the Integrated Logistic Support. These include technical documentation, product and operational safety, logistical support for products and systems and software development for logistical data management. As a system house CONDOK develops and implements equipment and conversion measures in cabins and vehicles and performs repair services.

At the locations Kiel, Hamburg and Koblenz we support projects for the Bundeswehr and the civil industry. With our technical and logistical solutions for military and civil systems, we make a valuable contribution to ensuring the material commitment.

Coordination and support ISMS: You maintain our information security management system and ensure its smooth functioning. Risk and security management: You carry out protection needs and risk analyses, process information security-relevant events and monitor and coordinate necessary measures. Auditing and committee work: You prepare internal and external audits and certifications in the field of information security and accompany their implementation. In addition, you will be represented in committees and various working groups. Advice and awareness: You advise management and departments on all information security issues and promote a company's security awareness through training and awareness-raising measures. Research and monitoring: You carry out searches for regulatory and legal changes and prepare the results to be addressed.

You have completed computer science or business informatics studies or comparable qualifications. You bring well-founded professional experience in information security and have already handled security incidents and conducted internal audits. You have comprehensive knowledge in the certification process according to ISO 27001 and the BSI basic protection. You convince with your communication and team skills and understand how to convey complex security-relevant topics in a comprehensible manner and to sensitize employees sustainably for information security. You are characterized by a pronounced analytical and strategic thinking capacity as well as a technical affinity. You have very good knowledge of German in word and writing.
