The “Securities Custody Services” division is responsible for the further development of the services of the securities business for Client Solutions, Corporates and the Private Bank. Main objectives of the unit are the internalization and integration of back-office activities incl. Building a back office technology platform and harmonisation of providers in the field of securities deposit services to create a simplified, standardized target model and subsequent operational operation of the target model.

Position type: Full-time/Part-time Securities processing within the framework of Custody as a Service and the role as Custodian Ensuring proper securities settlement across all asset classes (shares, bonds, funds, structured products) Contact person:in for technical and regulatory requirements in the Custody environment Close coordination with internal departments and external partners (customers, warehouses, brokers) Collection and implementation of customer requirements for processing, storage, reporting and interfaces Cooperation and control of projects for the further development of the Custody platforms and processes Technical support for the technical implementation of requirements in Back Office and Custody systems KPI-controlled control of the area including setup and maintenance of reporting structures (KPI, SLA, service quality) Cost management and support in budget planning and control for Custody services Support in the negotiation of customer agreements and service levels

Long-term, broad experience in securities settlement in a bank, depositor or KVG Knowledge of the role of a Custodian / Global Custodian as well as the requirements for a Custody as a Service model Very good knowledge of legal and supervisory requirements in the securities business (e.g. depot law, KAGB, MiFID, EMIR, SFTR, CSDR) Experience with the implementation and further development of securities settlement platforms Safe handling of interface requirements, STP processes, warehouse connection (e.g. Clearstream, Euroclear, SIX) Proven project management competence (classical and/or agile) Experience in building KPIs and reporting systems for service quality and efficiency Strongly pronounced cost awareness and knowledge in the area of cost/performance calculation High customer orientation, very good communication and negotiation skills English knowledge in word and writing
